Ready Lainox is the specialist oven to bake any kind of pastry or bread.
It is easy in manual or automatic, thanks to the programmer with programs in several stages. Ready is packed with special features: lightweight ventilation for optimum results in a delicate pastry, electronic controls progressive times, the temperauta, the humidity in the room to get the ideal climates and precise durations in each stage of cooking; uniform distribution of the air in the firing chamber.
It is flexible: all functions can be adapted to the way of cooking, local customs, the operator can better express their creativity.

MODELS S and M and ELECTRIC VERSION
Built for the field of bakery and confectionery, Ready ovens are available in the "S" version equipped with all the performance you need in this area, and in the most simple, but extremely practical, "M" version electromechanical.
