Alkaline cleaner for ovens.
FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY.
Excellent results on combination steam convection ovens and hotplates. Highly concentrated with low viscosity for better adherence to scale deposits. It can be used with automatic cleaning system or manually with spray. Not suitable for sensitive metals (aluminium, tinned iron, copper).
DIRECTIONS: spray the product into the surface to be cleaned, leave to work for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.
Pay attention: do not spray on surfaces having more than 50° C.
ATTENTION: move the tank only with the cap closed. Before opening the lid, place the tank and wait for the stabilization of liquid.

- In the event of contact with skin and eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
- Wear protective clothing and suitable gloves.
- Do not mix with strong acids.
