Sapiens is the oven for cooking assisted with manual controls to the electronic control. It is equipped with the automatic programs LAINOX, 95 cooking processes already stored, and can hold up to 99 cooking processes programmed and stored by the user, each with the ability to set up to 4 loads one after another, and cooking with temperature control to the heart, through the optional multi-point probe or needle.
Total autonomy of the different phases and the various parameters of the cooking:
- Select the cooking mode (convection, steam, or combined steam + hot air)
- Continuously monitors the temperature
- Detects the parameter of humidity in the cooking chamber
- Adjusts the fan speed
All functions are controlled electronically from moment to moment, with maximum efficiency. In this way Sapiens constantly adjusts the cooking automatically with the result to always give you the ideal performance, succulent meats, browning and gilding excellent, perfectly cooked food in every part, cakes or breads fragrant, dry fried and crispy, delicious meal at gratin. In most LAINOX thought to saving and paid great attention to everything that creates lower fuel consumption and impact, not just economic.
Sapiens allows to realize steam cooking at low temperatures, 50/85 ° C, with absolute precision of the result and consumption of water and energy minimum.
