Jar / glass jar with airtight rubber seal for food.
Ideal to achieve and maintain different preparations in "traditional" way, namely sub-salt, sub-oil, under-alcohol, etc., and, in general, all those methods of preservation which do not necessarily require the subsequent boiling for the realization the vacuum or sterilization.
Product made in Italy.
Specifications:
- Glass and often resistant to salt and other sostenze acid;
- "LATCH" that allows the perfect closing and then the tightness of the vessel;
- Rubber seal for food: mass between the lid and jar and kept pressed by the "secondary latch" does not allow air to pass through and thus create the proliferation of bacteria and other substances. The gasket is sold individually and then replaced with each new preparation;
- Vintage design with a high content of values makes it a product that is always present and also to show how nice piece of furniture.
