HTC3 (High Thermical Conducibility) special material developed by Lainox with high thermal conductivity with 3-layer non-stick treatment that allows the perfect support of the food while cooking homogeneous anywhere on the grid, the lining of the food is perfect, without burning and blackening, no harmful combustion typical of conventional grills.
HOW TO COOK: preheating chamber 300° C with grids inserted, use convection cycle, cooking time proportional to the mass and size of the pieces, but still between 8 and 12 minutes. Recommended amount of threads per grid: 15 pieces of 250 gr., Load on the oven model 101: 10 grid.
