Descrizione

The embossed bags are produced with co-extruded films for vacuum very durable. They are made from extruders, flat head that ensure maximum flatness and constant thickness between different layers. The envelopes for cooking can also make cooking combined with the steam oven and are able to withstand temperatures up to 115 ° C.

Vacuum cooking is an emerging technology that it plans to cook the food packed in a plastic bag that is sealed under vacuum.
