Descrizione
The embossed bags are produced with co-extruded films for vacuum very durable. They are made from extruders, flat head that ensure maximum flatness and constant thickness between different layers. The polymers used are the best on the international market. As certified by the "food" on every single envelope, they are suitable to hold any food and are CE certified and ISO 9001 2008. The envelopes for cooking can also make cooking combined with the steam oven and are able to withstand temperatures up to 115 ° C.

Vacuum cooking is an emerging technology that it plans to cook the food packed in a plastic bag that is sealed under vacuum.
