When the heating plate achieves the selected temperature, one circuit only keeps working; otherwise, the cooking surface could be cooled too rapidly.

Safety thermostat with automatic reset at 530°C.

Pyram ceran plate made of 6 mm thickness. Athermic thermoset plastic knobs with functional screen printing on the boards.

Electric oven: cooking chamber made of stainless steel 430 and oven floor made of cast iron.

Heating through elements situated under the oven floor and on the top pf the cooking chamber.

A thermostat sets the oven temperature from 90° to 300°C.

Selector for choosing the type of cooking: ceiling-only, floor-only, both by a selector.

Oven suitable for trays 2/1 GN. The oven’s door is insulated by a silicone joint suitable for high temperatures.
