The kitchen has been completely made with power supply.
The cooking surface is composed of the kettle, plates type framework and fry-top.
A microwave / convection steam allows sophisticated cooking of roasts, cakes etc. ...


The setting of the work area to avoid the intersection of the prepared dishes with the dirty dishes.
In the washing department was mounted on a dishwasher hood.
The I.P.I.B. in agreement with the owners designed the kitchen, paying particular attention to the safety of the staff who work there.

The predominant material for the construction is stainless steel AISI 304.
The restaurant is located in the historical center and it was not possible to realize a chimney outside. In place of the chimney has been mounted a modern and technically advanced control unit filtration and deodorization of air, consisting of electrostatic filters, bag filters and pleated filters with last passage of air through a series of cartridges loaded with activated charcoal and the deodorization.

The dining area and the bar area very sober and modern style was created by Studio Milani of Siena.
