Descrizione
The Avanos line by Güral Porselen is made of New Bone China porcelain. The latter is the most resistant among ceramics, covered with a lead enamel that makes the surface smooth and transparent. Bone China is glazed at lower temperatures than pocellane to prevent the color of the decorations dissolves in cooking and maintains its brilliance instead. It is also particularly resistant to oil and food infiltration.
