Whether in industry, trade or domestic slaughter, the ErgoGrip knives are absolutely hygienic with the highest professional quality for effortless work.
CLEANING and STORAGE TIPS: Suitable for washing in sterilizers up to 130 ºC or in dishwashers (with time, however, color change, stain formation or rust may occur). The residues of concentrated detergents, prolonged stay in the washing plant and the remains of proteins and meat, can cause the formation of stains on the blade. Therefore it is recommended to immediately wash with a gently alkaline basic detergent. It is advisable to store them in knife holders, sheath or a place where the blades cannot collide with each other.
