Stainless steel frame. Athermic thermoset plastic knobs.

Heating obtained through cast iron radiant square electric plates. Each plate has three heating elements, embedded in a layer of insulating material.

Each hotplate provided with a pressure switch, which enables the variation of the heat output from maximum to minimum in seven positions. Safety ensured by a temperature limit-switch situated inside the hotplate.

Moulded work surface for easy cleaning and avoiding liquid damaging electric parts.

Electric oven: cooking chamber made of stainless steel 430 and oven floor made of cast iron.
Heating through elements situated under the oven floor and on the top pf the cooking chamber.
A thermostat sets the oven temperature from 90° to 300°C.
Selector for choosing the type of cooking: ceiling-only, floor-only, both.
Oven suitable for trays 2/1 GN.
The oven’s door is insulated by a silicone joint suitable for high temperatures.
Different voltages available upon request.
