Wok professional iron:

The products are supplied in blue iron oiled so that in normal conditions of packaging, transport, handling and storage do not present the corrosion phenomena for at least 3 months.
Before use must be brought to a temperature of 150 ° for 30 minutes so as to eliminate the protection of industrial oil. After use must always be kept oiled and stored in a dry place. Avoid contact with acidic substances. Not recommended for use in cold freezing and leavening. For cleaning do not use water nor caustic solutions but only a soft cloth oleate.
