TRICINANTE TECNA YELLOW KNIFE 20 CM

The Tecna Colore line of professional cutlery by Sanelli Ambrogio is made with a double molded handle and the blades are produced with special nitrogen steel NITRO-B (1.4916). The handle consists of an internal non-deformable PP core, joined with maximum safety to the steel tang, and a softer external SEBS coating.
The two materials adhere perfectly to form a single body to the touch. The outermost part, gray in color, has also been designed with micro-spheres that enhance the ergonomics, limiting slipperiness and promoting comfort.
All the materials used are non-toxic, sterilizable, suitable for washing in dishwashers, resistant to high and low temperatures and compliant with current hygiene and food safety regulations.

The color identifies the processing and simplifies the use of the right knife according to the HACCP regulations:
