Specific grill for cooking meat, fish and vegetables, in HTC3 (High Thermical Conductibility) special material developed by Lainox
high thermal conductivity with 3-layer non-stick treatment. The particular construction guarantees a perfect cooking from both sides and thanks to the thick rods you get marked cooking stripes. Ideal for cooking meat of different sizes and sizes, open whole poultry (cockerels), fish and shellfish in general, vegetables. - Cooking times: up to 25% lower than the traditional grills. Advantages of use:
- Perfect greying on both sides simultaneously
- Energy consumption: up to 20% less, thanks to shorter cooking times than with traditional grills.
- Reduced washing and cleaning time and costs. Non-stick treatment avoids the presence of residues and the oven becomes less dirty.
