Professional slicer designed to cut large cured meats, cheeses, bread and fish.
The line taken care of down to the smallest detail with wide radii and without edges allows a simple and complete cleaning also guaranteed by the BLC system, sliding carriage block, which allows you to disassemble the product tray and its support and thus have easy access even in the part below the plate itself.
In this case, a special safety mechanism allows it to be disassembled only when the slice adjustment bulkhead is in the "0" position so that the blade is completely protected.

Designed according to the safety regulations in force, this slicer has the following characteristics:
Base in cast aluminum with glossy anodic oxidation.
Blade cover, goods plate, slice adjustment bulkhead and blade cover ring with polished anodic oxidation, so as to obtain a hygienically clean and anticorrosive product.
Charcuterie plate in cast aluminum, protected from anodic oxidation, with swan-shaped product pusher arm.
